  The lady who responted told us it's not a "essential " thing to be done as it's a "property with multiple units.but were not sure about the information and contacted the nsw fair trade.nsw fair trade guy told that it's not true and we had to tell them again of the same .

  But unfortunately the real estate agents (they advertise themselves as "Locals"but from our experience it's nothing near it) we found were not good at all. They even mis lead you if you make some claims.these claims were mainly on the grounds of "heating and cooling " which took more than 3 weeks inspite of the hot weather .

  I don't really take an effort to review any services I get unless it's a 10 or a zero.as there is no zero I am forced to give them a 1.For the record we rented our fair share of properties in Australia .

  It's not a isolated incident .We have our fly screen un repired , multiple window screens with multiple problems. Our property manager came on19/12/2016 and we told her about the same and is yet to get a response

  Our recent contact with this agency has been with Arcana. She was, once again, engaged to locate tenants for us for the flats and also to allow us to come on board as a holiday rental venue ( Tracks End Retreat ) under the banner of "For a Short Time". We found it pleasing to tap into her expertise in both these tasks and we have been very impressed with her diligence and professionalism in obtaining a favourable outcome for us.

  We right many reports of things in the house that do not work and wait years with each inspection we tell her again all the things still have not been fixed and she still does nothing.

  Anne & I have sought assistance from First National Real Estate (formerly Bailey & Gough ) to locate tenants for our flats in Grafton for the last eleven years. The Property Management Team has always had it's finger on the pulse of the local rental market, which has worked in our favour during this period. Advertising, appraisals of prospective tenants, inspections and relative paperwork have always been first class.
