    Useless Staff, been in on multiple occasions and they haven't been helpful what so ever, people working in this industry should know more about their products than the customers.

    Prices are more expensive compared to nearby competitors (Big W, Target) but Sanity tends to have a bigger variety of media to choose from.

    Amazing staff, but everything is way too overpriced. It would be better if a JB-HIFI replaced the Insanity of Sanity's prices.
