  Staff not helpful. Asked for hotcake syrup to be zapped for 10 secs in microwave as it was cold and gluggy. They refused. Hotcakes not hot. Disappointed. South Coffs Maccas much much better experience.

  This place deserves no stars - it is not worthy of any positive comments. The service is terrible (the very young staff are not adequately trained or encouraged), our order was wrong twice, the food was cold, the personnel serving were all young women, and much to my astonishment, the bearded male manager continuously called them "Girls." On several occasions he loudly affirmed, "Come-on Girls, stop standing around!" Totally out of line and definitely not good management skills - I find this infantilising gender isolation as belittling and undignified. It seems to me that the mentioned workers were too frightened of the mentioned manager to get anything wright. The restrooms were not maintained nor were the basic essentials; such as the supply of straws. Anyway, could go on, but why bother, just don't go there!

  An upstairs McDonald's. Wierd! However it was good to see the staff walking around the floor actually cleaning after a big rush of customers.

  needed a coffee break on our trip. stopped in here. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 scones jam and cream. Didnt drink my coffee. My partner went and complained about his coffee. Got his remade. Still disguisting. Didnt drink his either. Scones were kind of warmed up but very stale. NOT HAPPY

  Ordered 3 coffees and when they finally arrived, they were totally flavourless. I took them back and told them and when we got 3 fresh ones, they were just as bad. Tasted like they had used a single shot of coffee shared among all 3 of them. What a waste of money! They need to have a taste of what they are serving rather than just making it per the 'standard' setting on the machine.
