    Trying to contact any one in the BCU is painful....no one wants to answer the phone.....all automated voices and dare you press a wrong button , you're disconnected no one wants to help you>NOT GOOD ENOUGH

    BCU is not what it once was. I could write a long list of things that have either been changed or removed from BCU over the years, and of that list I cannot think of one thing that has improved the service. My advice is to keep looking because BCU is only going to disappoint.
