    Triaged appointments and visiting rights to hospital. So expect your doctor could be behind due to this.

    Waited 30 mins from my initial appointment. I don't really mind as I know there people who needs more attention. However, when it comes to my turn the doctors just rush to see me. I literally sat only for 1 min to explain what was going on with me and then I was already standing up talking next to the door to ask my questions.Didn't even ask if I needed anything else. After that I was slapped with $65 bill without knowing anything I already know and wanted to know. Horrible experience..

    I have been going to this practice for over ten years. I have been through a few doctors within the practice but feel they have working people in mind with their practice management. I'm able to usually get an appointment on the day if you ring on opening time to see your doctor for medical issues that aren't planned.
