    Appalling customer service at the layby counter on thursday had stuff to pick up and was told it wasn't there after speaking to the courier he droped off at 1pm wake up to ur self ur layby employee expected me to apologize like hell she wasted my time all i said was ffs coz she wouldnt go look for it and expects me to say sorry pull ur heads in i spend enough in ur store if it continues i will gladly take my money else were

    I always find a bargain and have always found helpful staff. Never had a problem. Great team.

    Better variety store compared to Target.. prices are fabulous. Majority of the staff I find rude and not helpful. Walking towards them for help and they scatter away not interested, or can never find a member of staff.. lots of items not priced but overall still a nice place to wander

    Your average department store with mixed customer service and good prices. The self-service machines are broken constantly and the staff sometimes are very inexperienced.
