    I have been a CBA customer for over 20 years, but I find the customer service got worse in every respect (not the staffs' fault!) and also I am appalled by CBA's financing environmentally disastrous projects such as the Adani coal mine that will endanger the already fragile Barrier Reef even more. I therefore have transferred the majority of my funds to an environmentally conscious bank and hope, many more CBA customers will do the same, if it does not act more responsibly and service-orientated.
