  Shonky mechanics here. Have not had an issue with our car being serviced in 6 years, never lost a drop of oil or skipped a beat. Took the car to this place for a "Service". It got the aircon belt changed, the air filter changed, the throttle body cleaned and the spark plugs changed. As far as we are aware(the receipt and shop attendant we rang today advised) No oil filter or oil change was done nor was the petrol filter. This is standard in a service i thought? Less than 5000ks after taking it to this mechanic for a "Service" the engine now requires complete replacement due to worn bearings. If the service was actually done properly would this have happened? Who knows, but I do know the oil and filter would've at least been checked as we assume this is done in EVERY STANDARD SERVICE. This seems to be the only mechanic that does not do this in a service or they are just dodgy as all hell. Either way stay away from this place unless you want to be forking out more for rushed, dodgy work on your vehicles.
